Itekk Sàrl complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This page explains what data we collect on traxxbox.com, why, and what your rights are.

Data we collect
- Contact form: last name, first name, email, phone, company, type of request and message.
- Bookings and payments: contact details, service booked, date, amount and payment status.
- Exchanges by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Virtual assistant: the messages you exchange with the site’s assistant. We do not keep them, unless you ask to be contacted: the conversation and the contact details you give are then passed on to our team.
- Browsing: pages viewed, date and time, device and browser type, IP address (see “Cookies”).
Why we use them
- To answer your requests and prepare quotations.
- To manage your bookings, payments and invoices.
- To follow up on our customer relationship.
- To answer your questions through the virtual assistant.
- To measure site traffic and improve the site.
- To meet our legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your data.
Service providers
To operate, we use service providers that process some data on our behalf:
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): website and email hosting.
- HubSpot: customer relationship management (CRM) and visitor statistics. Our account data is hosted in the European Union.
- SimplyBook.me: online appointment booking (name, contact details, time slot booked).
- Payrexx AG (Switzerland): processing of online payments when we send you a payment link. We never have access to your card details.
- Anthropic PBC (United States): provider of the artificial intelligence model (Claude) that writes the virtual assistant’s answers. Your messages are sent to it only to produce the answer; they are not used to train its models.
- Google Fonts: display of fonts; your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
- Google Translate: if you choose another language on our online booking page (SimplyBook), its content is translated automatically by Google; the page text is then sent to Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us that way.
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the European Union or the United States. In that case we make sure adequate protection is in place, for example through standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site uses analytics cookies (HubSpot) to know which pages are viewed and to link a contact request to the pages visited. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings; the site remains usable.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and for the business relationship, and then for the period required by law (10 years for accounting records).
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to info@traxxbox.com. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
